For the third year in a row, Central Baptist Hospital has been recognized among the top 10 Best Places to Work among large companies in Kentucky.

In an April 24 awards presentation, CBH was ranked eighth among the state’s companies with 250 employees and more. The award is sponsored by the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management, the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, and the Best Companies Group.

Seventy percent of each applicant company’s score is based on response to an anonymous employee survey. The other part of the assessment process involves each company’s policies, practices and demographics.
