Central Baptist Hospital will hold its annual stroke screening from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Turfland Mall on Tuesday, April 27. It's free, and no appointment is necessary.

Stations include a risk assessment survey, blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, carotid listening station, results counseling, nutrition and other educational information. Results are more accurate if you're fasting, but the screening will help you gain a better understanding of your current risk status, regardless of whether you have eaten.
