Through the "Life with Diabetes" program, Central Baptist Hospital offers education to patients with diabetes while they are hospitalized.

The "Life with Diabetes" program at Central Baptist Hospital meets or exceeds national standards.

Our team of diabetes educators and other health professionals will work with you to meet your individual education and training needs. Family members, caregivers and other support people are encouraged to participate.

If you need more information or assistance after discharge, you may be referred to our outpatient program, Central Baptist Hospital Home Health Care or our certified diabetes educators.

Central Baptist Hospital's inpatient diabetes office is open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. On-call staff is available weekends and holidays.
