Heart Disease Education

We offer our patients and the community opportunities to learn about preventing and living with heart disease, including:

Cardiac rehabilitation program for patients who have had a heart attack, open heart surgery or angioplasty or suffer from angina;
Support for heart patients through Mended Hearts;
Freedom from Smoking® , a program to help you kick the cigarette habit - a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke.
