Specially modified for women in any stage of pregnancy, yoga is an excellent way to stay fit and relaxed during this special time of life. The practice of yoga will help meet the challenges and transformations of pregnancy with strength, confidence and calm.
This class incorporates gentle, safe movements and stretches to strengthen and open the body; breathing exercises to increase calm, focus and balance; and relaxation techniques to help release tension and promote the well being of the mother and baby. No previous yoga experience is required.
Tuesdays: 5:30pm- 6:30pm. Thursdays: 6:00pm-7:00pm.
The class will be held at Fitness Express, 1949 Nicholasville Rd.
The class is ongoing and suitable for beginners to join at any time.

HAPPY BABY YOGA
MOMMY AND BABY YOGA CLASS
Moms and Babies will experience yoga together in this new class focused on discovering modified yoga poses , learning massage techniques and enjoying time together. Moms will have an opportunity to share information and gain support from other new moms! Please bring a blanket for baby and wear comfortable clothes.
Mondays: 10:30-11:30 for ages 6 weeks to 4 months
Wednesdays: 10:30-11:30 for ages 4 months to 9 months
