Located in Suite 703 of Building E (1720), the Cancer Resource Library offers resources, information and support that help patients and their families understand, cope and survive cancer, including:
- Educational materials - brochures, as well as books and videos available for lending
- Internet access for patients and families - access to cancer and health-related Web sites
- Support groups
- American Cancer Society patient education programs
- Leukemia & Lymphoma Society programs
- Complementary therapies - helping patients and their families deal with stress
- Cancer Help - an interactive patient education computer that provides easy-to-use touch-screen access to National Cancer Institute information
- Seminars and classes on cancer-related topics
- Educational teleconferences
