- 1 Sensation 16-slice CT scanner,
- 1 FX Digital Radiography
- 1 Novation Digital Mammography machine
- 1 Sequoia US
Over 100,000 procedures are performed each year, during regular business hours, as well as on an emergent on-call basis, 24 hours a day, seven days a week to neonates and through geriatric patients. The Radiology department staff is made up of RTs and RNs.
Central Baptist Hospital Radiology department is a fully electronic film-less PACS department. It has the only 64 Slice CT in the region for Cardiac scanning, and also has one of the first six slice CT/PET systems in the state.
