Located on the second floor of Building D (1740) on the Baptist Health Lexington campus are: Surgery, Cardiothoracic ICU, Cath Labs, Lab, Mother/Baby 2, Antepartum Unit, Second Floor (OB) Business Center, Labor & Delivery, Baby Viewing and the Neonatal ICU.
Third Floor - includes Mother/Baby 3; 3 North, South, Main; Dialysis; 3 ICU North/South
Located on the third floor of Building D (1740) on Baptist Health Lexington's campus are: Mother/Baby 3, 3 Main, 3 North, 3 South, dialysis, 3 ICU North and 3 ICU South.
Fourth Floor - includes 4 North/South, Coronary Care Unit, Medical ICU
Located on the fourth floor of Building D (1740) on the Baptist Health Lexington campus are: 4 North/4 South, CCU, Medical ICU, CCU/ICU waiting and the cardiovascular lab.
Fifth Floor - includes 5 Main, North and East; Pediatric Unit, Medical Oncology Unit
Located on the fifth floor of Building D (1740) on Baptist Health Lexington's campus are: 5 North, pediatrics, chaplain, 5 Main, the post intervention unit, oncology, 5 East and an outside patio.
