Happy Baby Yoga -  Happy Baby Yoga class has its own special rhythm.  New moms find peace of mind as they bond with baby and discover movement together.  The babies will enjoy the poses, infant massage and playtime incorporated into the practice.  Moms gain support and information from other women who are sharing the same life experience of motherhood.  As to be expected the babies will laugh, cry, need to be fed and changed; this is all part of the process so feel free to take care of babies needs whenever they arise.  Bring a blanket for your baby and wear loose, comfortable clothing.  No prior Yoga experience necessary.  Registration is required

Beginning Tai Chi - Beginning as an ancient Chinese martial art, Tai Chi has evolved through the ages as a highly refined system of exercise and personal development. It consists of a series of slow, continuous movements designed to relax and develop the entire body. The aim of the carefully structured sequence of movements is to create inner energy circulation, better joint mobility, improved leg strength, tendon and muscle conditioning and significantly improved balance and coordination. When practiced regularly, Tai Chi is an ideal part of an overall health program by reducing stress and gently building the body’s internal strength, suppleness and stamina.
