HealthWoRx Membership Rates

HealthwoRx Fitness & Wellness Center is open to EVERYONE. However, all Baptist Health Lexington employees and their families are eligible for discounted membership rates.

Community Membership Fees:
Adults age 18 +

$30 per month / $30 enrollment fee (Credit card/debit card direct billing only)

Package Plans:
3 month membership - No enrollment fee - $90
6 month membership – No enrollment fee- $180
12 month membership – No enrollment fee- $ 330

Family Membership:
$60 per month / $60 enrollment fee (Credit card/debit card direct billing only)

Package Plans:
3 month membership - No enrollment fee - $180
6 month membership – No enrollment fee - $ 360
12 month membership – No enrollment fee - $ 660

Children’s membership:
Ages 11 – 17

$15 per month / $15 enrollment fee (Credit card/debit card direct billing only)

Corporate Family Membership:
$50 per month / $50 enrollment fee (Credit card/debit card direct billing only)

FAMILY: A family is considered legally, married adults and all dependent children living in the household, providing the dependents are under 21 years old and attending high school or college on a full time basis.

Payment Options: We accept Cash, Check, Debit card or Credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Payroll Deduction is available on monthly plans only.

Package Plans must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
