Girls between 12 and 14 learn and practice healthy eating and exercise plans and how media manipulates self image. They also earn Safe Sitter certification. GirlwoRx is held at  HealthwoRx Fitness and Wellness Center at Lexington Green.

WHEN:                        Session 1: June 24- June 28      1:00pm-5:00pm
