Bumps and Babes



Prenatal Fitness to Help You & Your Baby Stay Healthy

Bumps and Babes is a prenatal exercise program designed to combine low impact aerobics with toning exercises to provide a total low impact workout. Studies have shown that exercising during pregnancy is not only safe, but is an effective way to maintain a healthier pregnancy, improved circulation, increased muscle tone, improved posture and a decrease in the discomforts of pregnancy. Moms who exercised during pregnancy not only returned to their pre-pregnancy weight quicker, but in general were able to adjust to the new demands of motherhood easier!

With your doctor's permission of course! Our Bumps and Babes program follows guidelines set forth by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the most current research on pregnancy and exercise.

Bumps and babes is taught by a certified Prenatal Fitness Educator.  Come join us:

Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. Bring a water bottle for class and a nutritious snack to enjoy after your work-out.
