Attention CBH Employees: Beginning January 1, 2008, no one will be admitted to ACLS or PALS classes without their Confirmation Letter (no exceptions).  If lost or deleted, check with your director or call and pick up another Confirmation Letter from the Educational Development Department 2 days prior to first day of any certification class. ALL class cancellations must be in writing.

• Class Listing (A complete listing of educational programs. Click on class preference for information regarding class requirement(s) and registration by E-Voucher for employees, class location, times, dates, objectives, etc.)
  
  
• Class Cancellation Form  (All class/program cancellations must be in writing. Complete and submit if you need to cancel a class offered by the Educational Development Department. Confirmation will be sent to you and your director within 5 working days upon receipt of your cancellation. Please e-mail if you have not received a confirmation regarding your class cancellation. Note:  ALL class cancellations must be in writing.)
