Employee Incentive Programs
Baptist Health Lexington offers many incentives to its employees, including:
- Fitness Xpress which is a fitness center on Baptist Health Lexington property. It is open to all employees and their families, and the small monthly fee can be set up as a payroll deduction.
- Discounted memberships to local gym's for employees and their families.
- Every employee recieves a birthday card which entitles them to a free gift, free meal in the cafeteria and a discount in the gift shop.
- Free for all employees and volunteers:
- Turkey for Thanksgiving
- Holiday dinner before Christmas
- Hospital week festivities which include a gift, picnic,drawings and other activities during the week
- Employee Appreciation/Anniversary Banquet to honor years of service
- Nurses Day, which includes a gift for all RN's and LPN's
- Goodie Carts, periodically taken around the hospital to give away gifts
- Free Annual blood work for all employees
- Employees receive a 35% discount in cafeteria
